Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This website is operated by Kristelle Kamini (“I”, “me”, “my”). I am committed to protecting your privacy and handling any information you share with me responsibly and in line with UK data protection law.
What information I collect
When you contact me through the form on this website, I collect the information you choose to provide, which is typically your name, your email address, and the content of your message. I do not ask for any special category or sensitive personal data, and I would ask you not to include any in your message.
How I use your information
I use the information you provide solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to manage any conversation or working relationship that follows from it. I do not use it for marketing, and I will not add you to any mailing list without your clear consent.
Legal basis
Under UK GDPR, my legal basis for processing this information is your consent, given when you submit the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about my work.
Who I share it with
I keep your information confidential and do not sell or rent it to anyone. It is handled only by the services I use to run the site and communicate with you: Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes form submissions, and Google (Gmail), where your message is sent and stored so I can reply. Both act as service providers on my behalf. Because these providers are based in the United States, your information may be transferred and stored outside the UK; both operate under recognised safeguards for international data transfers.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain any resulting relationship, and I delete them when they are no longer required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask me what information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how I use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, please contact me through the form on this website. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how your data has been handled.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Contact
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please get in touch via the contact form on this website.
Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device that help the site function and help me understand how it is used.
Essential cookies
Squarespace, which hosts this site, sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for the website to work properly and securely. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies
Squarespace collects basic, anonymised information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, to help me understand what is useful. This does not identify you personally, and I do not use any third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Squarespace also provides a cookie banner that lets visitors accept or decline non-essential cookies, which is enabled on this site.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date.
