I am a business and operations strategist who works at the point where strategy meets execution.

With 25 years of experience, I have built and led executive operations across the public sector, blockchain and cloud technology, supporting at C-level throughout. At ConsenSys, a global blockchain scale-up, I was Hub Manager and EA to the Chief Corporate Development Officer, a founding board member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. Today I am at Google Cloud, supporting senior leadership across AI, go-to-market, data and customer engineering.

That work has made me genuinely fluent in technology and AI: not as a specialist who lives in one stack, but as someone who builds with these tools to solve real problems. I have designed AI-driven systems that streamline how executive teams work, using automation to connect tools that do not naturally talk to each other and to remove the friction that slows good people down. It means I understand what these tools can and cannot do, what gets adopted, and what quietly fails, which is what lets me translate between a start-up and a large organisation.

Alongside this I am a coach of ten years and a published contributor to The Life Coach's Toolkit Vol. 3. Coaching is the thread through everything I do: sustainable success, in a business or a career, starts with understanding people. It is what lets me read a room, surface what is really going on, and help leaders make clear decisions.
